Railway Test 3


The national transporter, Indian Railways, is the biggest recruiter in the country. Every year Indian Railways announce lakhs of jobs for graduates, Class 12 and matric pass candidates. Against the vacancies, the Railways receive crores of application forms. The recruitment of the railways is handled by the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) and Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs). RRBs are mandated with the responsibility of conducting recruitment to all Group C (Technical and Non-Technical) posts. RRCs are given the responsibility of conducting exams for Group D recruitment. There are a total of 21 RRBs and 16 RRCs
